It was such an honor to photograph Kate and Dan’s modern al fresco wedding in Palm Springs. It was full of fresh greenery, fruit trees and herb gardens, mid century elements, and romantic minimalism. Planned by After the Engagement, the space came together beautifully with stained wood accents, micro-Eucalyptus foliage, a variety of classic white florals, and a luxury band whose music set the tone all night. The bride wore a classic fitted Sarah Seven gown, while the groom wore a custom navy suit and light pink tie. Her bridesmaids had a beautiful medley of blush, rosy, and floral dresses, while his groomsmen wore suits in a darker shade of navy to create a timeless and unique compliment. The navy and blush tones created a wonderful contrast with the Palm Springs desert sunset and the Parker’s lush greenery. Florals by The Lavender Rose featured an ensemble of modern florals, with pops of large white protea. After their outdoor ceremony, guests joined them at their garden reception, where the bride and groom were welcomed by a local mariachi band. They spent the evening with loved ones under twinkling lights and danced the night away to classic oldies played by VIPs Entertainment.
